Comments, compliments and complaints.

Where can I go to compliment an interpreter?

It is always gratifying to know when a job has been done well. If you feel that the interpreter merits something a little more than a 'thank you', and has gone beyond what was expected of them then it can be highlighted through the signatureannualawards.org.uk.

Where can I go if I wish to complain about an interpreter?

Unfortunately things do sometimes go wrong and if you wish to complain about an interpreter there is a formal complaints process handled by the registering body - NRCPD. Please click on the link below to be taken to the website.
